What is a Picture Collection?

A Picture Collection is a set of themed images that you create or carefully select to provide design options for your products. These collections are showcased in your store’s dedicated Product Personalizer, where your customers can use them to create their own customized designs. By offering these picture collections, you make it easier for shoppers to personalize their purchases, which can help increase customer engagement and boost sales.
Please make sure your uploaded images do not contain any copyrighted material, explicit content, or violent imagery. To keep our platform safe and respectful for everyone, we may remove content that violates these guidelines. Thank you for helping us maintain a positive experience for all users.
In general, Picture Collections can include your brand’s logos, promotional graphics, or themed assets for occasions like Mother’s Day, Christmas, and more.

How It Works

  1. Select Marketing section from the top navigation bar.
  2. In the dropdown menu, click on Pictures.
  3. After navigating to the Picture Collections section, click the New Picture Collection button on the page.

Create Your First Collection

  1. In the dialog box, enter a title for your new Picture Collection. For the Availability status, simply keep the default option set to Available.
  2. Click OK to create it.
In the Picture Collections table, you’ll see a new row has been added. This is the collection you just created. Since the Quantity column shows that no images have been added yet, you’ll need to click Upload in the Action column to start uploading pictures to this collection.
After navigating to the details page of the picture collection, click the Upload Pictures button at the top of the page.
You can click or drag and drop pictures into the Upload Pictures area on the screen. Uploading multiple pictures at once is supported.
You can upload pictures in JPG, PNG, or WEBP formats. Each collection can include up to 60 pictures, and the size of each picture must not exceed 30 MB.
On the right side of the screen, check to make sure all your pictures have finished uploading. You can remove any that failed to upload or replace them with different ones.
Once everything has finished uploading, click the Confirm Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Once your changes are saved, you’ll see all the pictures you added to the collection on its details page. If you’d like to rearrange the order of these pictures, click the Sort button to adjust their sequence.
In the sorting dialog, drag the icon() in the top-left corner of each picture to arrange them in the order you want. When you’re done, click OK to save your changes.
On the picture collection details page, in addition to reordering pictures, you can also view picture details or bulk remove selected pictures. Click Go Back to return from the current picture collection details page to the full list of all picture collections.
In the Picture Collections table, you’ll see that the Quantity column for the collection we just worked on now shows 51 pictures. This means we’ve successfully completed creating the collection and uploading its pictures.

Manage Collections in Bulk

After you’ve created multiple picture collections, you can click the Sort button to rearrange their order.
  1. In the sorting dialog, drag the icon() on the left side of each picture collection to rearrange them in your preferred order.
  2. Click OK to save your changes.
In the Picture Collections table, you can manage a single collection individually or select multiple collections to edit or delete them in bulk.
  1. Select the collections you want to manage by checking the boxes on the left side of the table rows.
  2. Click Bulk edit to make changes to all selected collections.
  1. In the dialog box, change the Availability status from Available to Unavailable.
  2. After clicking OK, the collections you selected will no longer appear in your store’s Product Personalizer.
After saving successfully, you’ll see that the selected collections are now marked as Unavailable in the Picture Collections table.

Use in Product Personalizer

If everything is set up correctly, your customers can now start using the Picture Collections you’ve provided in your store’s Product Personalizer.
